Gorgeous 1 bedroom in a luxury building in the Hudson Yards area of Midtown West. NO FEE. Lux building amenities. New appliances. Amazing light. Pictures don't do the unit or the building justice. You have to see it in person. Message me with any questions or to book a tour.

"DO I EVEN NEED A BROKER???" Someone who doesn't - is someone who doesn't mind taking 10x longer to do something because they want the pride of knowing they did things by themselves. Someone who does - is tired of sifting through scams, fake listings, unreturned emails, and all the boring parts of finding an apartment, and just wants nice, cool places brought to them, with guidance and patience and a sense of humor. I specialize in helping artists, creatives, entertainers, and people with "non traditional" careers find places to live in Manhattan. Hopefully I can help you too.

The plan for mixed-use development was put forth in 2008 and the groundbreaking for 10 Hudson Yards took place in December of 2012.

Since then, eight of the proposed sixteen buildings have been completed, as well as a public green space. The next phase of Hudson Yards construction will finish out the project and is expected to be complete in 2024. Several major…
