The West Village is a charming, tree-lined neighborhood located in Manhattan, New York City. Known for its quaint and historic feel, the West Village is a sought-after area for those who enjoy a mix of old-world charm and modern amenities. One of the most notable features of the West Village is its unique street layout, with narrow, winding streets that were once cow paths. The area is filled with beautiful brownstones and townhouses, some dating back to the 1800s. The architecture is a mix of Federal-style rowhouses and Greek Revival mansions, and many of the buildings have been designated as historic landmarks. The West Village is home to many shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as a thriving nightlife scene. You'll find everything from high-end boutiques to vintage clothing stores, and plenty of dining options, from casual bistros to fine dining establishments. The area is also home to the famous Stonewall Inn, which played a pivotal role in the LGBTQ+ rights movement. Washington Square Park is the heart of the West Village, offering a green oasis in the middle of the city. The park is home to street performers, musicians, and artists, and is a popular spot for people watching. It's also home to the iconic Washington Square Arch, which has become a symbol of the neighborhood. Overall, the West Village is a charming and historic neighborhood with a unique character and a lively atmosphere. Its mix of old-world charm and modern amenities makes it a popular destination for residents and visitors alike.

Additionally, I have plenty of units available in Long Island City, Murray Hill, Midtown East, Hell's Kitchen, Gramercy, and Upper West Side etc. Including doorman and brownstone buildings with outdoor space, patios, balconies, laundry and more. If this isn't your ideal place, let me know and I'm certain I can find it!

WEST VILLAGE

The West Village is known for its bohemian chic flares and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city. Due to its quiet tree-lined streets and the trendy and stylish vibes, it is the perfect hideaway for many artists and celebrities. The West Village is a neighborhood of free spirited luxury.

Boundaries of West Village

West Village, a subdivision of the famous Greenwich Village neighborhood, can be found on the westside of Manhattan bordered by Houston street to the South, 6th Avenue to the East, 14th street to the North and the Hudson River on the West.

You'll find 19th century townhomes as well as cul-de-sacs and more recently some condominiums, though even these newer developments are small compared to the standard ones across the rest of the city. Off the grid system, the winding streets of the West Village are exciting, if not complicated, to explore. You'll get lost, but that's okay, because the streets are charming and lovely.
