When my friend came to visit Dumbo from New Zealand, out of all the neighborhoods in Brooklyn, she thought Dumbo was most impressive, not because it was the first clean feeling neighborhood she'd been to (and I took her everywhere!) but how:
Whether you're exploring the flea market below the famous DUMBO bridge (Giving Hobbiton vibes if you squint),
Or the carousel by the water with the Brooklyn bridge in the background (Giving Venice & a whimsical children's fairytale)
Or the time-out market where a meal exists to scratch any indescribable itch (and those convienent beepers so you can sit and chat with your friend and not have to wait in the line),
And, of course, the rooftop view on top of time-out, all of which my friend felt like she was getting a bargain, "because she could purchase an $8 beer and feel like she got to see a view that would normally cost significantly more" (will add the photo of this view below!),  Dumbo feels like every section could be an entirely different place in the world, so you feel like you are on holiday, but additionally! Every aspect is so identifiable as being Dumbo, and that's super cool!.
And what's impressive about the apartment being offered in particular is the fact that you have panoramic views from your rooftop terrace. So unlike my friend and I, who were kicked out of the public rooftop at 5:30 due to a private event, you can create your rooftop events for however long you feel!, as it is YOUR APARTMENT!!!! And still, only be a 20-minute commute to Manhattan, and are NOT required to pay a BROKERS FEE

You can rent out the entire place for 8,000 (This, I will add, is a luxury apartment, but I try to offer something for people of all kinds of income levels. My cheapest room is currently 800, so definitely check out my Facebook Marketplace if you are not happy with this price range).

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $8,000. Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
