DESCRIPTION
Looking for a young, fun, professional and responsible female to take over my room in a 2BR 2nd floor apartment in Bed Stuy. You would be living with another young, fun, professional and responsible 30-something as well. Your share of the rent is $975 which does not include cable/internet, gas or electric. Gas is usually around $10 each month, electric $150 in summer months and no more that $75 in the winter (these amounts would be split two ways of course) and heat IS included in the rent. The sublease would end Oct 31 with the option to renew for a year. All the furniture is coming with me so if you have furniture for common areas then that's great! There's a non-functional fireplace but still a cool area to put lots of candles. There's is a $75 for the application fee, credit check and background check as well as a refundable deposit of $975.

Contact to set up a time to swing through.

Those looking to rent in this neighborhood can expect to find their home on beautifully tree-lined, brownstone filled streets.
