DESCRIPTION

This is definitely not the cheapest one bedroom in the city, but it IS one of the nicest! This is a top of the line building in the Turtle Bay area of Midtown East. Full service doorman building with all the amenities you could want. But the real star of the show is the apartment itself. Unreal views and floor to ceiling windows, with modern appliances and luxurious finishes. You have to see it in person to believe it. This apartment is available June 5.

I can help you navigate the frustrating world of renting in NYC. I love this city, and I can help you love it too. Confused about fees? Not sure how to apply? Tired of scams and cold calls and pushy sales people? My job is to help make your life easier and help you find an apartment you want to live in. Reach out when you're ready!

With industry came workers, mostly Irish and German immigrants who contributed to the area with projects such as the construction of Saint Patrick's Cathedral in 1879.
