"DO I EVEN NEED A BROKER???" Someone who doesn't - is someone who doesn't mind taking 10x longer to do something because they want the pride of knowing they did things by themselves. Someone who does - is tired of sifting through scams, fake listings, unreturned emails, and all the boring parts of finding an apartment, and just wants nice, cool places brought to them, with guidance and patience and a sense of humor. I specialize in helping artists, creatives, entertainers, and people with "non traditional" careers find places to live in Manhattan. Hopefully I can help you too.

With industry came workers, mostly Irish and German immigrants who contributed to the area with projects such as the construction of Saint Patrick's Cathedral in 1879.
