Neighborhood Description:
Kips Bay is a tranquil yet vibrant neighborhood in Manhattan, nestled along the East River. Known for its medical community due to the presence of several hospitals, it also offers a mix of classic red-brick apartments, luxury condos, and charming townhouses.
