This is a 2 bedroom apartment with the ability to flex a 3rd bedroom. Photos shown are of what the apartment will look like WITH the flexed 3rd bedroom. Cost of conversion falls upon the incoming tenant**
Welcome to arguably one of the best buildings on the Upper East Side! Conveniently located on the corner of East 82nd street and 2nd avenue, this building is at the center of everything this incredible neighborhood has to offer!
Boasting a 24 hour doorman, laundry room, 2 elevators, and one of the most attentive supers in all of NYC, this is one of those apartments you will love to call home for years to come!
Perched on the 5th floor, you will enter the apartment into the living space. As it's currently configured, you have a MASSIVE living room and dining room area, which can potentially flex into a smaller 3rd bedroom! Windows line the living room wall, so even with the flex wall up, you won't be sacrificing any of that gorgeous natural light! If you're not wanting to create a 3rd bedroom, there's an abundance of space for a true dining room, which is a rarity in the city!
The galley-style kitchen offers plenty of white soft close cabinets, grey stone countertops, and full size stainless steel appliances!
Towards the back of the apartment is bedroom #1. A queen or full size bed will complement this area perfectly with additional space for a small dresser or bedside tables. This is a great room for a home office or nursery, but can also work well as a guest room considering the second full-bath is just outside the bedroom door!
And at the very back of the apartment we have the primary bedroom which provides an ensuite full bathroom, 3 closets, and access to the private terrace! Large enough to hold a king or queen size bed in addition to a dresser & nightstands.
Onto the terrace, what every NYer dreams of!! Facing second ave, you'll never be bored from the people watching, but still serene enough for those morning cups of coffee or late night glasses of wine!

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
