real 1br. bigger than a studio.
pictures are of another similar unit in the building. current unit is occupied I will not oversell or undersell it but it will rent before we get good photos.

This is a location-centric - modest apartment. Not fancy but not crappy either. It is in an unbeatable location,  1 block from the JEFFERSON L train.

There is enough space to eat in the kitchen at a small table for 2, plus have a separate but small living room (big enough for a couch though), plus a large bedroom with a closet (big enough for a Queen bed and desk)

There are hardwood floors throughout.
There are WINDOWS IN EVERY ROOM (1 in the kitchen, a small 1 in the bathroom,  1 I'm the small living space, 2 big ones in the bedroom)

This is by far the most location centric 1br this month for this price. It's priced like a studio but better than a studio. Renovation is kind of on the old side (again, nothing fancy at all) but it's cool with great natural light, hardwood floors, and exposed brick.

You do not share a bathroom or kitchen with anyone.

On the border of Bushwick side of the East Williamsburg border.
3 minutes from Jefferson L
9 minutes from Morgan L
steps from too much to mention,  no need to get on the train (but only 20 minutes from Union Square INCLUDING walking)

BUSHWICK

Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people love this neighborhood.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
