DESCRIPTION
Room Share: Room for rent in Crown Heights Neighborhood. Large 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath. Room for rent has an ensuite bathroom. Washer and dryer in the unit and open living area. Only potential drawback is no package room.
Current tenant is female in mid to late 20's. She works from home 3 - 4 days per week. We are a new company trying to help her find a roommate and guide everyone through the paperwork.
Ideal roommate would be female also in mid to late 20's, but she is flexible on that. A must have is a roommate who is at least hybrid and won't be working from home full time. Otherwise, cleanliness, paying rent on time, and maybe not in a band (relatively quiet).

CROWN HEIGHTS
Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
