DESCRIPTION
Welcome Home! This is one of the best buildings in NYC. One of the Crown Jewels of this portfolio. I'm talking the best location, the best doormen available 24/7, and the best super you've ever met. The building has a beautiful, recently renovated, well manicured lobby, central heating and air, laundry facilities on alternating floors, 2 big elevators and a service elevator for easy move-ins.

Now for the apartment. It is AWESOME! This is an adorable junior 1 bed. This 1st floor unit is easily bigger than most one bedroom apartments in this price range in the area. Wanna never take the stairs? Do you sometimes stagger home drunk and think "uh oh. gotta ride the elevator."? Well this is the place for you.

As you walk in there is a large coat closet to your right in the foyer and another closet to your left. Also to your left is a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a gas range.

Now the living area is truly something to behold. Easily enough space for an L sofa, extra arm chair, full living room set and have space left over for a dining area. And there will STILL be room to spare for your P90X, or Yoga, or zoom dance parties. There is also an entire wall of closets in the living space to store all your Manolo Blahik's. Just learned what those are so now I'm flexing my extensive fashion knowledge...this is the entirety of my fashion knowledge. Nearby are some amazing michelin star restaurants like Laut, 15 East Sushi Bar, and Casa Mono.

The bedroom works best with a full sized bed and has ANOTHER CLOSET! This room also includes an ensuite bathroom that has a brand new renovation. In fact this entire unit has had a gut renovation and no one has lived in it since! You'd be the first!

This area is extremely popular with tourists and is full of shopping opportunities, restaurants, and amazing nightlife. While most of the buildings here hold offices, there are a decent number of people who live here and love calling this neighborhood their home.

Fun Facts and History of Flatiron

While Flatiron has been around for a while, the Flatiron building wasn't built until 1902, and is considered one of NYC's first-ever skyscrapers. The area has always been a popular shopping district, even being called the "Toy District" at one point due to several shops that sold quality goods for children.

The neighborhood became designated as Flatiron in 1985 thanks to some creative real estate developers seeking to popularize the neighborhood. This attracted many residents and businesses seeking to reside in some of NYC's most famous landmarks. Today Flatiron still attracts…
