*MUST HAVE A MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE OF 650

GUARANTORS WELCOME! (guarantor must make 80x the rent and have a minimum credit score of 660)

Room breakdown based on size:
1st room-$950
2nd room-$1000
3rd room-$1150
4th room-$1200

The apartment is very spacious with a large living room. The rooms are spread apart and are not close to each other.

To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)
-brokers fee (1 month)

You will be on a 12 month lease with your roommate and you will need to be approved just like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, banks statement, ID etc.


If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan then this could be for you. You are literally minutes away from the 1 and A Subway lines.

You will be living in one of the most desirable parts of Manhattan. The area has a ton of great restaurants and a vibrant nightlife, also you will be only 20-30 minutes from midtown.
