I've been in this building for years, and am absolutely loving it for its ergonomic design & incredible amenities. For a family matter, I'll be away for 7 weeks. I had 4 subtenants when I travelled out of town in the past, and all of them LOVED the apartment. Here's some description I borrowed from the building website:
Designed by award-winning Bjarke Ingles Group, my apartment offers efficient studio space, extensive amenities and a lush private resident courtyard balance the vibrant energy of Manhattan with the tranquility of nature, creating an iconic and visual gateway to New York.
Unparalleled amenities enhance the living experience and wellbeing of VIA residents. Its human-centered approach blends environmental responsibility with resident wellness. All materials and construction techniques are carefully considered for resiliency, global impact, and contribution to the health and productivity of our residents."

agricultural pursuits. However, as the city expanded north, more
and more farms were purchased from their owners to make space for
other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
