DESCRIPTION
It was great to find a gem like this. Not too many ground floor apartments are available these days. This location is close to transportation and sits on a tree lined block. There are a variety of stores and a few restaurants that may provide you with a broadening experience. The building is clean and well maintained. Marble and high ceilings give it that regal image. This apartment is big. The bright bathroom is styled with a ceramic subway styled with standard fixtures and deep tub. It has decent room which is great. The rooms are large with deep closets. It is a toss-up to decide which one is exactly the primary bedroom except for the position of the room and maybe the window location. They both may fit medium to large bedframe and mattress sets. (I think the first one is an extra large room) The living room rolls out to a vast area with plenty of light with it main attraction, the center window. The design is quality and may be the center piece to your design concepts. Now, the top of the hill is the lovely kitchen. Huge countertop space with a black granite top. The range is big with industrial style burners. The microwave and refrigerator are large. There is a dishwasher. All of these stainless steel appliances are set in a galley style surrounded by natural maple wood cabinets. A great layout, utilization, and attention to detail, makes this ground floor gem one to race and apply for. Let me know what you think.

with music" in this uptown neighborhood full of friendly faces,
great food, and beautiful architecture.
Named for Fort Washington, which was constructed to fend off the
British during the American Revolutionary War, Washington Heights
was largely farmland, with several stately manors peppering the
hilly area. One such manor, the Morris-Jumel House, still stands
today as the oldest building in Manhattan.
As the city expanded after the revolution, more and more
structures were built in the Heights to house the growing
population. The development of apartment complexes and row houses
led to an influx of Irish immigrants in the 1900′s, followed by a
large Jewish population in the…
