Rent is $2100 a month, and there is a one time $300 application fee (charged by the landlord) that is applied to the first month's rent. Security deposit is one month's rent. One year lease starting Feb 1 - no sublets allowed. Available for immediate move-in, but we can organize a prorated rent for the first month if you move in after Feb 1. All utilities except electricity and internet are included in the rent. First four images are the room.

The apartment is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath Hell's Kitchen duplex (two floors!) 4th floor walk-up apartment with its own private patio, in-building laundry, and live-in super. The living room is furnished with a couch, arm chair, TV, and Wii. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and large toaster-oven-air-fryer.. Located on 50th Street and 10th Ave - 2 blocks from the C/E, 3 blocks from the 1/2, and 4 blocks from the N/Q/R/W. M11 and M50 just steps away. Two blocks to Hudson River Park and 9 blocks to Central Park. Lots of nice bars and restaurants in the area. Target, Whole Foods, Food Emporium, and several other grocery stores a short walk away. All images after the first four are shared areas of the apartment.

About the roommates:
You will be living with two men around 25 years old. One is an engineer who works from home 4 days a week and the other is a software developer who works from home twice a week. We are both neat/clean people who are usually in bed before midnight during the week and go out on weekends. We occasionally have people over but don't throw massive parties. Some pre-gaming before going out on weekends, chill hang out sessions, dinners, etc.

HELL'S KITCHEN

Between 34th and 59th street, Hell's Kitchen is the place to be if you're seeking a good time in Manhattan. Fun Facts and History of Hell's Kitchen

Hell's Kitchen started life as several plots of farmland in the early 1700's. The easy access to the river proved to be perfect for agricultural pursuits. However, as the city expanded north, more and more farms were purchased from their owners to make space for other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in 1911.

The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
