DESCRIPTION
Welcome to 446 West 49th Street, 5C. This rent stabilized 1 bedroom is one of the rare tenement buildings of a time gone by. Managed by the same owner for over 30 years, it is well maintained. This 5th floor apartment has no noisy neighbors above. It has a brand-new oven, an Ikea-type closet armoire in the queen-sized bedroom, a full tub, shower, a tremendous street facing living room with high ceilings. There's a live-in super.
