This apartment is both comfortable and convenient, with a queen-size bed, and an area to eat and work.
The space consists of a fully- furnished 1 queen-size bed and 1 bathroom and comfortably sleeps, 2 people.
There is also queen size air-mattress & baby travel bed (aka Pack and Play) available upon request.
There is a table & chair set available for dining or can be used as a desk area for work. Also, super comfortable lounge chair to relax and watch TV using our FREE Netflix & HBO accounts. The TV also includes Smart TV features, so you stream whatever you desire. There is also a good size closet for your personal things. The bathroom has good laid out with a tiled shower and a window.
This peaceful studio overlooks a scenic courtyard with a table and benches for entertaining outside. (huge selling point during COVID); A bounty of plants and flowers makes this garden a true haven of tranquility. And what is more, the yard is reserved for the private use of the building's tenants.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with basic kitchen supplies, ie: utensils, flatware, glasses, pots and pan, coffee maker, and microwave. NEIGHBORHOOD ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Residential streets are lined with brownstones, many of which are designated as landmark buildings. all these make the neighborhood well worth strolling around.
The Clinton/Hell's kitchen area (just off Times Square) combines the great atmosphere of the Theater district with the liveliness of a buzzing neighborhood often compared to the West Village. Indeed, the charming buildings around 46th Street and 9th Avenue will fill you with a unique Village feeling. Numerous restaurants, bars/lounges, grocery stores, coffee shops and other trendy boutiques surround this distinctive tree-lined block. The immediate area also features a great outdoor playground with a basketball court.
You can easily travel throughout Manhattan with all subway lines just a couple of blocks away (48th and 8th Ave). The whole of New York is right on your doorstep

HELL'S KITCHEN
Between 34th and 59th street, Hell's Kitchen is the place to be
if you're seeking a good time in Manhattan. A myriad of bars and
restaurants line the streets of 8th, 9th, and 10th avenues while
the streets are adorned with brownstones, apartment complexes and
cute cafes. This once feared neighborhood has become a friendly
place to kick back and have a drink with friends.
Hell's Kitchen started life as several plots of farmland in the
early 1700's. The easy access to the river proved to be perfect for
agricultural pursuits. However, as the city expanded north, more
and more farms were purchased from their owners to make space for
other things, like the construction of New York Hospital in
1911.
The population of the area exploded in the early 1900's. Even
so, the city didn't pay too much attention to the area, which led
to increased poverty and crime. During prohibition, Hell's Kitchen
was the site of several major distilling and rumrunner…
