DESCRIPTION
Great and spacious (for New York) 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Hell's Kitchen!

- Renovated kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave
- Tons of bright LED lighting on the ceiling
- Lots of closet space
- VERY Centrally located and a few blocks away from several subway lines
- Has an elevator
- Live-in super
- Water and garbage is included
- 1 cat is allowed, no dogs

Looking for someone to take over my lease that ends on 11/30/2022. This is a lease assignment and not a sublet so you'll have the place for the entire duration.

You'll need to go through the typical background checks for a NYC apartment but nothing should be different from the usual process. I'm moving out by the 14th and am flexible if you're looking to move in a few weeks later.

If interested, please send an email and we can schedule a time to meet and show you the apartment.
