RENT:
The rent is approximately $1050 (you will have your own separate lease for your room) plus utilities and internet, which is approximately $50 per month. First month's rent and security deposit is due on signing.
ROOM:
This is a large bedroom that easily fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, wardrobe and bookshelf. It has two windows, a closet, and lots of light. The furniture (queen bed incl. mattress and box spring, wardrobe, book shelf, Samsung TV, CB2 glass table and file cabinet) in the room and the AC are available for purchase by the next tenant. We are very close to the N,W, M, R,7, E, and F trains - a 10 minute commute to midtown Manhattan!
ROOMMATES:
We are two females in our 20's and 30's. One roommate works for a non-profit and the other is a fitness/health professional. We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful.

The official coat of arms for LIC depicts the Native Americans,
Dutch, and English that once called the area home. LIC was its own
city from 1870 until it became part of the Greater City of New York
in 1898. Afterwards, LIC earned the distinction of being the First
Ward of the Queens Borough. LIC was a bustling commercial and
manufacturing hub as various factories opened up in the area.
In 2001, the city changed LIC's classification from commercial
