The front bedroom could be the perfect library or a place to set up an extensive work-from-home domain. Ample closet space and large windows flood the rooms with natural light.
The third floor is an excellent space for all of the family's day-to-day activities. There are three additional bedrooms, two large ones, and a smaller one, perfect for a nursery, office, workshop, or art room. This floor also has a large skylit central room, perfect for a playroom, gym, or TV room. To top it all off, there is a suburban-sized washer and vented dryer.
Other amenities of this home include central air conditioning, hardwood floors throughout, and proximity to some of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that Brooklyn has to offer.
