353 E. 77Th Street has been a wonderful project to be associated with and the attention to detail is without question. This boutique restored 6-unit townhouse is a GEM and offers a nice balance to live in a smaller building with exceptional support from good management that may not always the case from larger buildings. The owners are very responsible and reliable. The location is wonderful with access to parks and bike lanes along the river a few blocks away. A very special Lenox hill property waits your inspection. The start date is a little flexible between now and mid-December.
The renter is paying All Utilities and the Rental Commission. Tours begin this week.

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
