DESCRIPTION
The star of the show - just beyond the storage-rich foyer complete with walk-in closet - is a stylish, stainless open kitchen complete with abundant storage, generous wrap-around dining peninsula, undercabinet lighting, modern undermount sink, and classic marble-tiled backsplash. The main living space is expansive enough to house your favorite living room furniture and the triple-wide, double-glazed windows bathe the room in sunlight while delivering energy efficiency and fantastic river views. The bathroom has been updated with a cool gray tone, modern flooring, and a glass shower/tub enclosure while the bright, spacious master bedroom, with more of those double-glazed windows, can easily accommodate a queen or king bed, multiple dressers, two nightstands, and much, much more.

This unit, supporting Verizon FiOS, Spectrum, and Astound, is available April 1, 2025 upon the completion of a well organized application process. One dog of up to 40 pounds permitted by unit owner.

UPPER EAST SIDE

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence. Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their 20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.

With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get. All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.

Boundaries of Upper East Side

The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…

RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $3,995. One of the key perks is the building doorman. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
