This quaint studio was renovated two years back and is still in excellent shape. With a white, speckled Caesarstone countertop and gorgeous white Shaker cabinets, the kitchenette is small, but appealing.
The bathroom is laden in tasteful Porcelain tiling and has had the plumbing reconfigured when the home was renovated.
This studio more than allows for a Queen-sized bed, a couch, a dresser and even a small desk. Luckily, the built in closet is quite nearly a Walk-In. The original hardwood flooring extends everywhere but the bathroom.
The apartment faces West which means watching The Sun Set over a bustling local neighborhood.
The building has a live-in Super, an Elevator, Laundry in the Basement, Accepts Pets and Guarantors.
Bay Ridge Parkway is in the direct center of Bay Ridge. 3rd Avenue is an endless row of restaurants, bars, hair salons, laundry mats, with Starbucks and Key Food right on the corner. All of the convenience that being in a small town Brooklyn neighborhood is now available to you.

BAY RIDGE
The westernmost neighborhood in Brooklyn, Bay Ridge is a

Originally used for farmland by the Lenape people, Bay Ridge
would keep this tradition until the late 1800's. The Dutch who
colonized this area split it into two neighborhoods that made up
the western portion of the town of New Utrecht. This town would go
on to survive English colonization and the American Revolution
before being absorbed in the city of Brooklyn in the mid
1800's.
In 1853, Bay Ridge got its name from the beautiful views it
offered of Manhattan Bay and New York Harbor. These views made it a
popular place to build second homes along the waterfront. More
inland, however, the area was still isolated and rural for another
few decades. By 1892…
