The BEST DEAL in the area... Spacious one bedroom walk-in closet.... floor thru apartment, eat in kitchen, good closet space. This floor thru third floor apartment is located on a quite street at the border of South Slope/Greenwood heights, right off the historic greenwood cemetery, tree lined block, this is an unconventional layout but very spacious and definitely workable. One Extra large bedroom with decorative fireplace, small living room space with storage closet, wide kitchen with new stove, good amount of cabinets and space to set up a table with chairs plus a pantry, extra room off the kitchen could be used as a small bedroom, will fit full size bed, or an office, den or simply turn it into a walk in closet. Old school charm with original details, high ceilings, bright and sunny, this will not last. Get on this right away.

cemetery was a very popular port, which is why housing started to
pop up here.
While still largely industrial, the population of the area grew
in the 1800's, the affordable prices attracting the working class
and the newly immigrated. The neighborhood was thriving until the
Great Depression whipped out much of the business brought in by
factories and the waterfront.
Greenwood Heights became known as an area for the impoverished
by the 1960's. It remained this way until real…
