The apartment also features a window air conditioner and a built-in heater.

I'm leaving NYC but my lease continues until Sept 30th with an option to renew. NOTE: All furniture is included for FREE. (All stray boxes, bags, and suitcases in the photos will be removed prior to your move-in.) The $2300 per month rent includes all utilities except wifi and the building has ample laundry units in the basement.
