Archive Lofts: A Rare Blend of Historic Charm & Modern Luxury
Tucked away in the heart of Lenox Hill, Archive Lofts transforms a historic former art warehouse into a stunning loft-style residence, bringing Tribeca-inspired living to the Upper East Side. This boutique luxury building offers a rare opportunity to experience the warmth of downtown loft aesthetics with uptown sophistication.
Residence 603 is a brand new, never-before-occupied 740-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath home, complete with a 50-square-foot private outdoor balcony. With northern exposure, the unit is pin-drop quiet. The soaring 14-foot barrel-vaulted ceilings and 7-inch-wide plank white oak flooring embody downtown's open, airy sophistication.
The expansive 22-foot living and dining area seamlessly connects the kitchen to the balcony, where a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door welcomes in abundant natural light and extends the living space outdoors. The chef's kitchen is a masterpiece of design, featuring a Miele appliance suite, a Colorado marble waterfall island, integrated Scavolini cabinetry, a garbage disposal, and Signature polished nickel fixtures.
The primary bedroom offers a spacious closet with custom built-ins, while the elegant bathroom is designed for indulgence with a dual vanity, deep soaking tub, and separate glass-enclosed shower. Radiant heated Venatto porcelain-honed floors, polished wall tiles with Italian marble accents, and polished nickel fixtures elevate the space into a 5-star elegance.
Additional highlights include a high-end Miele washer and dryer and ample storage space throughout the home.
Residents at Archive Lofts enjoy a collection of premium amenities, including a 24-hour attended lobby, fitness studio, bicycle storage, and a beautifully furnished rooftop deck complete with a wet bar and outdoor grill-the perfect retreat for entertaining or unwinding.
Experience loft-inspired luxury redefined at Archive Lofts-where history meets modern elegance in the heart of the Upper East Side. Be the first to call this brand-new residence home.

UPPER EAST SIDE
The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
Once home to the wealthiest New Yorkers (like the Kennedys, the
Roosevelts, and the Rockefellers), the UES is filled with ornate
and beautiful buildings. Today, the Upper East Side is still
considered one of the more expensive neighborhoods, however, in
recent years, it has begun to see younger arrivals (people in their
20s and 30s) who are finding better deals up north, away from the
Lower East Side and/or hip Williamsburg.
With the completion of the 2nd Avenue train, the neighborhood is
only becoming more accessible to everyone as previously the only
train servicing the UEW was the 4,5,6 on Lexington Avenue. Even
better, the further east you go, the cheaper the apartments get.
All this is only adding on to the interest from renters who no
longer have to commute for as long to get to the area.
The Upper East Side contains some smaller neighborhoods such as
Yorkville, Lenox Hill, Carnegie…
