Hi there! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease in the East Village for a one bedroom in our 4 bedroom apartment starting 05/15/24 with the option to renew at the end of the lease!
The rent for the room is $1550/month, heat and hot water included in the rent. The bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, desk/dresser and can be delivered furnished. There is also laundry in the building.
The kitchen and bathroom in the apartment have been recently renovated.
Supermarkets, delis, and shops nearby and short walk to M9, M8, M14D-SBS bus lines and F/M/J subway stations.
Current roommates are 23-26, very sweet, respectful, and wonderful to live with!
