DESCRIPTION
Hi!
I'm looking to rent my spare room. It is really a wonderful space, in an awesome neighborhood. The apt. is on Fort Washington Ave. and 173rd street (west of Broadway). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (which is really amazing). It is nicely decorated and I'm sure you will absolutely love it. The apt is furnished, the room offers some items (not fully furnished), but if you have your own, you can bring it and I can remove what's in the room. The apt has AC, WiFi, Cable and Apple TV. It is right across from the J. Hood Write park, a block away from the A train and just a few blocks from the 1 train. We are easy going, but organized and clean. I want to rent the room to someone responsible with nice, easy going energy. Please reach out, say hi, and we can set up a viewing to meet. Have a great day!

today as the oldest building in Manhattan.
As the city expanded after the revolution, more and more
structures were built in the Heights to house the growing
population. The development of apartment complexes and row houses
led to an influx of Irish immigrants in the 1900′s, followed by a
