There are 50 acres of parks right in front of our building along the east river, a grocery store across the street, we have access to our sister property's pool starting in May -September. We used to live in Manhattan and after moving here discovered how much better NY life can be. We have 6 months left on our lease That we want someone to take over and at the end of 6 months, you could renew for a year or move out. You would have to qualify with our management to take over the lease so if you have poor credit or have no rental history please pass on this apartment as we have a deadline to meet.
