DESCRIPTION
This very bright and beautifully imagined one bedroom in Greenwich Court has just undergone a complete renovation comprising top line designer-crafted products from floor to ceiling. The apartment features light oak hardwood floors throughout, recessed overhead  lighting in the living room, three zone digital remote system for HVAC - with one of the zones dedicated to heating floor tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen includes premium stainless-steel appliances from Bertazzoni and Fisher & Paykal - including a water  filtration system under the kitchen sink. The huge countertop and backsplash are Caesarstone as are the HVAC units covers, which include built-in side cabinetry as well. The bathroom has been completely redone with a deep soaking tub, large designer vanity  and medicine cabinet, and Bianco Dolomite floor tiles. There are four closets in the apartment all of them designed with pull out drawers and "California" style interiors. (Ample storage throughout precludes the need of a bedroom bureau). In addition to four closets/pantry/kitchen cabinets in the apartment the  tenant will have the use of a storage bin in the building's storage room. The apartment faces West and North and has open city, park and even a small river view. Greenwich Court Condominium is across the street from Whole Foods, Target, PS 234. The Oculus, Perelman Arts Center, Brookfield Plaza, Hudson River Park and the recreational piers 25 & 26. Every subway and the Path station within a few blocks of the front  door. Fun Facts and History of Tribeca

Originally used for farmland after the colonization of the Dutch, the land was given to Trinity Church in 1705. The church would own the area for over 100 years, building separate churches and living spaces for the growing population. These homes would later be recognized as one of NYC's first residential neighborhoods beyond the original colonial boundaries.

By the 1840's, several piers had been built in the area, which encouraged trading ships to land there rather than navigate the more difficult East River. This made industry in the area explode, making it a hub for produce and textile creation. The industry of the area only grew after the construction of the subway and…
