The apartment will be freshly painted and ready for the new tenant! Watch the attached video to get a true feel of the space. This beautiful 2-bedroom plus office is located on the top floor in the highly sought-after Park Slope neighborhood. You'll love how spacious and bright the apartment feels, and I highly recommend scheduling a viewing as soon as possible. The apartment features hardwood floors throughout, and the welcoming kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space, a dishwasher, and room for an eat-in table. The large living room is perfect for entertaining, while both queen-sized bedrooms, which are equal in size, receive an abundance of natural light. These bedrooms are located towards the back of the apartment and overlook a lovely shared garden. The third bedroom, located off the living room, can easily fit a full-size bed and has also been used as an office space. Throughout the apartment, there is ample storage space in each room. Additionally, the apartment includes access to a shared backyard and a front terrace.
