DESCRIPTION
The entire 4BR apartment is 1000 sqft. The bedroom is 125 sqft. and furnished with a bed, television, nightstand, and desk. As shown in the photos, the bedroom is 2 floors. Storage is built in to the stairs (closet, and multiple deep shelves). The apartment has 2 large, 14' ceilinged common areas: living room, and dining area/open kitchen. We have a giant rooftop with a 360 view (all of the Manhattan Skyline). In the basement, there is both laundry and bike storage.
We are a 3 minute walk to the Morgan stop on the now fully functioning L train, as well as a 12 min walk to the Flushing Ave JM stop.
We are directly across from Roberta's Pizza, and a short walk from Sushi, Vegan, New American, Cafe's, Ramen, Japanese, Ethiopean, Greek, Mexican, Venezuelan, and more. We are also half a block from a 24hr grocery store.
We are 10 minutes from Maria Hernandez Park, which has lots of areas to lay out, a 1/3 mi track to run, and other recreational equipment.
The lease is open ended. The cost is one month, plus one month security. The currently roommates will be myself, a make up artist, and the third is in education policy.

Famous outside of NYC, Williamsburg is a rapidly growing
