Welcome to The Woodrow Wilson!

This huge 1656 SQUARE FOOT prewar charmer will make you smile the moment you enter. 13 extra-large windows along 3 exposures, high ceilings and clean sight lines offer a luxurious feeling of space, light and flow. The gracious, welcoming foyer is open to the  expansive south-facing living room and elegant dining room, perfect for entertaining. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone counters and an abundance of pantry and cabinet space. There are 3 king-sized bedrooms and a 4th bedroom, which  is perfect for a guest room or office. There are nine closets (including a walk-in!) allowing more storage space than you'll know what to do with!

The Woodrow Wilson, circa 1924, is one of the most coveted buildings along the parkway. There is a part-time doorman, live-in super, two elevators, a stunning Art Deco marble lobby, bike storage and laundry.

It's situated on historic Eastern Parkway, close to all of the neighborhood's destination cafes, bars and restaurants. The 2/3, 4/5 trains are practically outside your door as is Brooklyn's cultural heart: the Brooklyn Museum and the Botanic Garden. Just down  the street is historic Prospect Park with its miles of running and cycling trails, a newly renovated 32,000 sq ft skating rink, playgrounds and tennis courts. (PETS ON APPROVAL).
