DESCRIPTION
Prepare to be awed by this incredible, impeccably-renovated Park Slope triplex offering gorgeous living quarters, its own private entrance, a terrace off the kitchen, AND private roof deck! Homes like this don't come along often, and this beauty occupying the upper 3 floors of a handsome 1920-built townhouse is really one of a kind. With 4 bedrooms (convertible 5), 3.5 baths, tons of storage, and elegant living/entertaining space, you'll enjoy optimal comfort in Brooklyn's best location, moments to 7th Avenue and prized Prospect Park!
The inviting front stoop accesses the stunning parlor floor where you'll find a gracious open layout, high beamed ceilings, and extensive woodwork/trim throughout. The living room brightened by oversized windows presents rich hardwood floors and a grand working fireplace (a rarity in NYC!) to gather around. Nearby the spacious dining area can fit a large table and is perfect for hosting guests.
Adjoining is a modern professionally-equipped kitchen featuring quartz counters and high-end stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner Thermador cooktop and Sub-Zero fridge. The rear glass wall provides abundant natural light, showcases blossoming cherry trees in spring, and has a sliding door system leading out to a private terrace. Completing the main floor is a convenient powder room.
Level two houses a wonderful front-facing family room with triple window, which can serve as a bedroom when extended family or friends visit. Plus there's a 150 sq ft storage room that doubles as an exercise space, a large-capacity LG washer and dryer, rear bedroom with a walk-in closet, and charming tiled full bath with a claw-foot soaking tub.
On the top floor are three bedrooms - 2 facing front, and the primary suite tucked in the rear with a huge walk-in closet, and tastefully-designed spa bath with marble countertop, dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second full bath is located in the hall. Also in the hall is a staircase rising to the private roof deck with sweeping city views.
Among the other highlights is a Sonos in-ceiling sound system for the parlor floor and family room, a mini split-system with central air that can be controlled separately in each room, and two heat sources (from steam radiators, or the Mitsubishi mini split-system supplied by a heat pump on the roof).
Topping the appeal of this very special home is its outstanding location right off vibrant 7th Avenue lined with shops and restaurants. You're mere minutes from Prospect Park West, Grand Army Plaza with its popular farmers market, The Central Library, Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden and more! Pets allowed case by case.

PARK SLOPE
On the west side of Prospect Park, wedged between Prospect
Heights and Gowanus, lies Park Slope, the chill neighborhood
beloved by young professionals and artists. This quiet neighborhood
is full of fun bars, restaurants, and unique stores, all of which
make living here a lot of fun.
Park Slope started out its life as many New York neighborhoods

it was where the majority of The Battle of Long Island was fought
during the American Revolution. After the war, Park Slope would
remain farmland until roughly 1839, when the Brooklyn grid system
was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn
and row houses were soon built.
Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in
development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
