As you enter this contemporary, open-concept apartment, you'll be welcomed by light pouring in from the three huge soundproof windows. High ceilings, a large kitchen and bathroom with an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private roof top make this apartment a  one-of-a-kind find.

This magnificently bright studio apartment has been designed meticulously. It has creative layouts and thoughtful details throughout, from the exposed wood beams on the ceiling and handmade custom finishes to the maple floors, reclaimed from an old factory  in Virginia.
