Looking to sublet one room of a 3 bedroom unit. 2 full bathrooms. 2 roommates, males, 26 years old. Looking only for a male roommate. Very independent living situation, we all do our own thing. Rarely have large groups over. Rent is 1640$ a month, not including utilities.
Move-in for February. Flexible move-in prior to that date is ok.
Fully furnished kitchen, common area. Bedroom furniture included as well if you want (not the TV though). 2 bathrooms, projector screen TV, laundry in basement, backyard patio, rooftop, and doorman included. Pets NOT allowed.
Located where East Village, Lower East Side, and Alphabet City meet on the corner of Avenue B and 3rd St. Great bars/restaurants nearby with Duane Reade across the street and an easy walk to the grocery store 5 minutes away.

The East Village is a buzzing hub of youthful energy and
