Located on 5th Avenue, off of Union Street, You will find this beautifully renovated HUGE 1 bedroom, that has the options for more depending on your needs & how you see fit.
Open the door & step into a spacious room, that you can make your living room or home office. To the right of that & facing back is a separate room, which can be used as a formal dining room with details of built-in bookshelves ( if you don't need a formal dining room, use this as a study or living room) but would be great as a formal dining room, as the open kitchen is right off of this room with 2 oversized windows giving tons of natural light.
Newly renovated open kitchen with a newly renovated bathroom that has a soak-in tub. The kitchen was just redone with brand new white wooden cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, which includes a dishwasher, vinyl gray wood floors. Just beautiful!
Towards the front of the apartment there is a HUGE bedroom with the whole front wall of HUGE OVERSIZED windows facing onto 5th Avenue, that just makes this room with the bonus of natural sunlight. A mirrored closet & a glass cubical wall in this room as well, giving a modern look.
This is a HUGE space for a 1 bedroom with lots of options & all rooms are big!
The residence retains historic detail, while also boosting modern renovations. The common entry & Hallway were recently renovated allowing your entrance into the building to be clean & welcoming. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is a walk-up (1 flight). The building is well kept & quiet.
Being on Fifth Avenue, there is nothing that is not at your footsteps! Associated Supermarket is across the street. You can grab your morning coffee & start your day at President Street Green Space, a community garden right on the corner. F/G Trains.
