DESCRIPTION
We are renting out a one bedroom in Greenwood on 22nd between 4th&5th. We are minutes away from the R, tons of restaurants and the Greenwood Cemetery (for a warmer day!). Street is quiet and has a ton of trees.
This is a one bedroom plus flex space (an office, current tenants use it as a closet).
We just purchased the building last month so we have not personally rented the unit. The current tenants' lease is up March 1. We will take the month of March to update the kitchen to include a combo washer/dryer and 18 inch dishwasher, new counter tops and additional storage.
Unit currently has beautiful hardwood floors, coat closet in the hallway and private entrance, and newly painted hallway up to the unit. Bedroom can hold a queen sized bed.

soldiers of the war. The portion of the neighborhood west of the
cemetery was a very popular port, which is why housing started to
pop up here.
While still largely industrial, the population of the area grew
in the 1800's, the affordable prices attracting the working class
and the newly immigrated. The neighborhood was thriving until the
Great Depression whipped out much of the business brought in by
factories and the waterfront.
Greenwood Heights became known as an area for the impoverished
by the 1960's. It remained this way until real…
