M train is 2 blocks away, L train is a 10-15min walk, near grocery stores, restaurants and more.

NO PETS. LGBTQIA friendly and, utilities not included. Utilities divided, usually $100, sometimes a little higher depending on the season.

Must have good credit and income to qualify - you will need to pass through a credit and income check through management.
