Currently looking for a roommate for a shared 4-bedroom with me in Ridgewood, Queens

ONLY clean and respectful people, who doesn't bring the party home. Must be okay with a cleaning schedule. Unit will come furnished - bedroom will NOT.

There are three other roommates, two women and one man. Their profiles:
Guy (me) - front of unit room, has own half bath just off the living room. Doesn't mind if people use when they need to!
Girl 1 - Works at Amtrak on the train - usually on the road. VERY clean. Insists on everyone being as clean as her!
Girl 2- Works at a bookstore full time, usually 4 or 5 days a week.

We're all in our 30s, and very much over party life. Two of us are completely sober. I'm usually in the living room til about 11 or midnight sometimes, but nobody is playing loud music, staying up all hours, etc... That is NOT our house!

There is a laundry room available and a rooftop.

M train is 2 blocks away, L train is a 10-15min walk, near grocery stores, restaurants and more.

No pets, LGBTQIA friendly and, utilities not included. Utilities divided, usually $100, sometimes a little higher depending on the season.

Must have good credit and income to qualify - you will need to pass through a credit and income check through management.
