DESCRIPTION
In the heart of historic Cobble Hill, this one-bedroom apartment with a center foyer (den/study/home-office space) retains the old-world feeling that made Brooklyn apartments famous. The space has original marble mantles, molding, inlaid floors, and tin ceilings. The truly expansive bedroom has a built-in closet, room for a king-sized bed and additional furniture, as well as a mantle to set the stage for decorating.
The open-plan makes for a natural extension of the living space and large foyer serving as a study, dining area, or home office. The primary living area has a marble mantle, carrying the aesthetic of the space throughout. The full bathroom has a skylight. The kitchen is cozy with lots of cabinets. The large windows overlook leafy rear gardens and the trees that line Strong Place. Lots of sunlight during the day! Amazing skyline views of sunsets and of Freedom Tower.
