DESCRIPTION
There is a lot to unpack in this unit. Let's start with the bedrooms, each one of them have great area and depth. On the lower floor, you don't receive as much light as the higher ones, but it is well lit. The expansive living area gives one an open canvas to really get creative with your interior decorating. The 2 bathrooms are standard with tubs, vanity mirror, and ceramic styled tiling. The kitchen is separate, off to the side, loaded with white wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and good countertop space for convenience and style. There is a true walk-in closet in the main bedroom, and there is an in unit washer and dryer combination in the hallway. The cafes, restaurants, stores, and boutiques are situated for plenty of blocks in all directions. I did a report on the number of 3 bedroom apartments, so when you find one with this many bells and whistles, it is a jewel to be discovered. Good luck.

to the East River, which made the area ideal for agriculture.
During the 1800's and early 1900's, Midtown East became a
hotspot for industry, welcoming factories, breweries, and
slaughterhouses. With industry came workers, mostly Irish and
German immigrants who contributed to the area with projects such as
the construction of Saint Patrick's Cathedral in 1879.
By the time Grand Central Terminal was built in 1913, the
