✨🔥 LAST ROOM IN RIDGEWOOD!! No fee, washer/dryer in unit!! 💯💯🔥✨
The title gave it all away!!
THIS listing is my personal crush of the week (and trust me, I spent 67% of my life in apartments along the L train 😆)
THIS CUTIE pie is truly special!! It's a three-bedroom TWO-BATHROOM gem 💎 on Jefferson Ave, smack dab in prime Ridgewood! Ridgewood, as i always say, is Bushwick's demure big sis 💅 but when you want a wild night, she's two stops away on the L!
Everything here gleams with brightness and newness 💎 unit boasts tons of natural light all throughout. Common space is sorta railroad, but most def big enough to fit a couch. Best of all, there is a WASHER/DRYER in unit! 🤩 no more going to the scary basement and hoping the guy in 3C is finished already - you can do laundry on your own time, dammit!!! Happy day!
Roommates are...highly vouched for, awesome aces of humans. It's a guy and a gal, both in their 20s. Guy is coming with a cat. Their bios are available upon request 😍
The last room is going for $1150, which is a steal. The Halsey L picks up around the corner, and there's a coffeeshop on the way to the train. The famous TV Eye is right around the corner for when you want amazing live music. Other neighborhood delights include Bonus Room, Bill's Restaurant, and Love Story Bar. 💯💯💯
Interested? Frankly I don't blame you! Please note: good credit (670+) and income (they'll want to see that you make 40x your rent in yearly salary, which is $46K). You're welcome to apply with a guarantor!

BUSHWICK
Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood
Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area
beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping
nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people
love this neighborhood.
Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their
bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the
Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then
transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.
The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and
various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants,
especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants
opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer
capital of the Northeast."
During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian
population as well, though industry still dominated the
neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
