DESCRIPTION
1076 Dean Street is a newly renovated townhouse situated on one of Crown Height's most desirable streets.
Refreshing and sleek, this cozy 1 bedroom reflects a contemporary way of living in a vintage brownstone.
Natural light floods the apartment from the newly-treated oversized windows.
Modern touches in the bathroom, and updated Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen compliment the unit's traditional features such as hardwood flooring, Dishwasher and elegant trim around the windows.
From the outside, the townhouses' tasteful red exterior sits comfortably amongst Brownstone, Limestone, and Victorian homes that dot this pristine block. On the inside, you'll be greeted with a cozy entrance after entering with a user friendly-keypad.
Either head up two flights to apartment #5, downstairs to access the building's communal laundry, or soak in the Manhattan Skyline from the roof.

CROWN HEIGHTS
Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
The 1970's were a turbulent time…
