DESCRIPTION
Hello everyone!

I am looking for someone to sublet a room in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath in the heart of East Williamsburg. The room has a large south facing window, the apartment has a large living room, a back balcony, and the building has a huge rooftop with beautiful views. Additionally there is a bike room and laundry in the basement.

The building is close to L, M, J, and G trains and is near many amazing restaurants.

You will share the apartment with one mid 20s male (me) who works outside of the apartment. The room will be $1400 per month and is available immediately until the end of July 2025.

Again, to be clear, this is for one room in a 3 bedroom apartment with ONE roommate. The room comes with a nice bedframe, mattress, desk and dresser.

Also asking for $1,000 security deposit to be paid back at the end of the sub-lease.

However, Williamsburg was soon incorporated into Brooklyn that same year.

Once Brooklyn became part of New York City in 1898, more transportation options were added, making Williamsburg very popular, especially among immigrant populations. Post-WWII, it became home to many Hasidic Jews as well as people from Puerto Rico and the…
