The Tenant Relations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day interactions and communications with residents and various administrative duties at Serrano.
In addition, we have a state-of-the-art security system to keep all residents safe around the clock with an in-house security staff on duty at all times and a new internet-based service, where you can submit repair requests, read management notices and building documents, receive package notifications via email or text message, and post notices to your building's resident bulletin board.

The Upper East Side has a reputation of wealth and opulence.
