The HopScore
The HopScore is RentHop’s proprietary algorithm that sorts and ranks all apartment listings on our site on a scale of 0 to 100. A HopScore of 100 means that a listing appears at the top of the search results, therefore receiving more views, and likely receiving more leads. Therefore, the lower your HopScore, the lower your listing appears in the search results and the fewer leads you will receive. The HopScore is based on the three following factors:
