We will now go over the two different modes introduced in the mobile app and provide some useful pointers.
Manager Mode:
The “Manager Mode” consists of three tabs: “Listings”, “Messages”, and “Account”.
Users can use this mode to access their active and inactive listings via the “Listings” tab, respond to renters who have made an inquiry via the “Message” tab, and make changes to their profile and account via the “Account” tab.
“Account” Tab
Users can use this tab to access their account settings where they can update their name, phone number, and change their notifications preferences. You can also switch modes between “Manager Mode” and “Renter Mode” by clicking the blue banner located at the top of the screen. If you wish to log out of your account, use the red “Logout” button located at the bottom of the screen.
“Listings” Tab
Access your full list of active and inactive listings via this tab. You have the option to immediately start advertising listings for $20 per listing. Each listing activation will ensure that your listing is advertised on our site for up to 7 days. For real estate professionals looking to advertise 5+ listings, we’d recommend signing up for one of our Pro Plan subscriptions.
Users are able to fully manage their listings as they would on our desktop platform. Users can also edit their listings by tapping on the listing of their choice and clicking the “Edit” button. Note: the only function not available on the mobile app is the Open Listings Bank.
To quickly sort through your active and inactive listings, use the search bar located at the top of the screen to search for listings by listing address, price, and features.
To create a new listing from scratch on our mobile app, simply click the + icon located at the top right corner of the screen. Users are able to upload multiple photos at the same time.
For real estate professionals with a Pro Plan subscriptions, actions such as reposts, features, reactivates, copy, etc are all available in the app. Each listing creation will cost the same number of Credits. You will see your balance reflected on the screen when you take a new action, such as reposting or featuring a listing, and your updated balance will always be displayed at the bottom of the “Listings” tab screen.
“Messages” Tab
Users can easily communicate with interested renters and respond to new inquiries on the go with the new app. Simply go to the “Messages” tab where you will find all of your conversations and new inquiries located. If you want to review or respond to a renter, simply click on the message thread to view the full conversation. To search and browse your messages, use the search bar located at the top of the screen. You can search by renter name, price of the listing inquired, the address of a listing, and even keywords used in a conversation.
Renter Mode:
The “Renter Mode” is intended for renters looking for apartments for rent. Users can use this mode to search and browse available listings via the “Search” tab, find their saved listings under the “Favorites” tab, communicate and message agents via the “Messages” tab, and access their profile via the “Account” tab. Most agents and managers will not use this mode but it can be helpful if you are ever searching for a listing on behalf of a renter.
