I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in jersey city on Grove Street.

The apartment was fully redone before we moved in about 2.5 years ago. Path is right across the street from us and it takes about 10 minutes to get to WTC and 20 minutes to get to 33rd street.

I am moving closer to work and would like someone to take over my lease with the option to renew after September.

My current roommate works in finance in the city and very easy to get along with.

Rent includes, heat, electricity, gas and water. The only thing that one will have to pay on top of this is internet (approx $35 bucks a month.)

Room can fix a full bed, desk, dresser and has a closet inside. Also the individual movign in will have access to the large closet posted in the pics as well.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $1,275. This is a luxury doorman / elevator building. The person posting the listing did not specify that any pets were allowed. It may be the case that pets are ok and the manager simply has not yet filled out all the details. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
