How to Respond to Inquiries
Congrats! You’ve received a lead, aka an inquiry from a renter. On RentHop, we want to ensure that you never miss out on a single inquiry! Please expect to receive a real-time notification from our system via email, text (if you provided us with a cell phone number), and a notification (if you download our RentHop Manager mobile app – iOS/Android).
You can respond to a renter via email, text, our messaging portal via a desktop, mobile browser, or mobile app.
If you for some reason are not getting your notifications, please make sure your notification settings are correct. You can review this in your RentHop account via the “Profile / Settings” tab.
