DESCRIPTION
A fantastic opportunity to get into the rarely available 125 Parkside!
This is a lease break/takeover, or sign a new one year lease.
This would be a shared unit, as there is a roommate, who is hoping to stay, as she loves the apartment and location (with good reason!).
The unit is a 2bed/2bath and each bedroom has it's own privacy and ensuite bathroom - the living space separates the two, and the primary bedroom/bathroom (which is the one being rented), has a huge walk-in closet also.
The apartment has a ton of natural light, being on the top floor, and is right across the street from Prospect Park.
The monthly rent for the primary suite would be $3k/m and utilities can be split.
Roommate has two small dogs that are very friendly and non-destructive. Other pets can be considered but will need to be introduced first to make sure everyone gets along of course!

FLATBUSH
Just below Prospect Park is the residential neighborhood of
Flatbush. Quiet and calm, yet still close to the action, Flatbush
is a popular neighborhood with families and young professionals
alike due to its proximity to the park, fabulous restaurants, and
easy access to other parts of the city.
Established in 1651, Flatbush went by the name of "Midwout" when
it was still a young Dutch Colony. Once the British took over in
1664, Flatbush became the central area of the new King's County,
even being named the county seat. It would remain this way through
the 1700's and most of the 1800's being a large hub for merchants
and farmers.
Flatbush was incorporated into the larger city of Brooklyn in
1894 and subsequently turned into a residential neighborhood after
1898 when Brooklyn became a borough in the Greater New York City.
Construction on new apartment complexes, mostly mid-rise art deco
buildings, happened quickly as subway lines came to the area…
